flugzeuge!!! is based on Flight Control, a game for the iPhone OS, iPod Touch, DSi Ware and (soon) the iPad. The app has over 2 million sales and obtained the number 1 downloaded paid application on the App Store in over 20 countries.

Flight Control started out as a private project by the CEO of Firemint Robert Murray during his Christmas break. Later it was developed by Firemint and released March 5, 2009.
